IMPORTANT INFORMATION
about your new Brighton Plank Wood Floor

Wood is a natural product. A color, shade, tone and grain variation
     is to be expected in a natural wood floor. This product goes through
     numerous inspections prior to leaving the factory. We urge you to
     inspect for color, finish and quality BEFORE  installation.
     

"Blending the cartons is important to get a uniform appearance across
     the complete floor. On the day of installation, open several cartons of
     flooring and stack the planks in the work area so the flooring is blended
     during the day's installation. We suggest retaining and storing a few
     planks in case a future repair is ever required.
  

Beautiful hardwood floors are a product of nature and not perfect.
    Brighton Plank is manufactured in accordance with industry standards
    which allow a defect tolerance of 5%. Therefore, when determining
    square footage for a job, figure an additional  5% allowance for natural
    type irregularities and defects.
