Remove tough spots like shoe polish, tar, asphalt driveway sealer and glue with nail polish remover (with
Acetone). Then wipe with a damp cloth.

Sweep or vacuum regularly is you live in a beach town,
because sand could possibly scratch the floor.

Use floor protectors on furniture and chairs. 

Use a natural or colorfast mat at outside entrances to
provide maximum protection of your laminate floor.

DO NOT

Don't use soap-based detergents or "mop and shine products.

Don't use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring powder.
They scratch.

Don't wax or polish your floor.
