Other Sealers

  Water based silicone product.

  Minimum of 48 hours before
  installation of grout sealing.

  
  Should not be used on Ceramic
  Tile.

  Thoroughly remove all surface
  sealers and previous coatings.

  Do not apply on any surface not
  recommended.

  Allow 2 hours drying between
  coats.

  Long drying time.

  Use only on porous tile, natural
  stone and masonry surfaces.

  1-3 coats are necessary.

  Cost per coat per gallon $ 100.00

  Avoid overlapping, puddling and
  rundown.

  Wipe surface dry  3-5 minutes
  after application.

  Do not let product dry on tile or
  let it come in contact with any
  other non-recommended surface.
