national branded nylon SFI fiber is used. Most companies especially the
largestand oldest use an unbranded type of nylon. Nylon can be recycled in Calhoun, Georgia. SFI
when used in high abrasive situations like Golf Mats, will not melt or
leave aresidue on your clubs. The
extra crimp in the SFI Nylon called "Spring Set" actually adds
about 100%more to crush proof factor. Carefully examine the other Nylons and see how much extra crimp the SFI Nylon has. Our Nylon has the crimp look like a small spring. This resists crushing. SFI
Nylon is soft but tough, it
will not crush and if it does the crush marks will bounceright out. Therefore no ball dents. Because
of this new dense tufting method, we can manufacture a product with a
truenon-directional surface. - Looks newer longer. |
