Bermuda and All Sports Turf are made with a new type of outdoor yarn. Notice each
leaf on the grass is now a 500 denier, which is 20 times thicker and larger than the
typical yarns used in Athletic Turf or Super Power Turf. The Monofilament yarn gives
us the following advantages:

Improved ball roll

Better foot traction

No pile direction

Will last longer in a high use area

The new "Spring Set" yarn always looks new and fresh

Soccer foam is made with a 25 oz. Urethane Precoat plus an attached Soccer Foam
cushion weighing 65 oz. The attached 5mm foam is made for heavy traffic. Under
normal circumstances delamination is never a problem. When the job is listed with
Grass Tex, The warranty could be up to 8 years. Dow Chemical Urethane Foam
requires an adhesive that is fully compatible with urethane products. The correct
trowel size must be carefully selected. Test the concrete for moisture content and
P.H. balance. If the carpet is not attached to the floor then the warranty is void. If
delamination or separation of the glue between the carper and the floor occurs it
must be reported to the dealer and Grass Tex within 7 days.
