Wear Warranty

 This carpet is warranted not to wear more than ten percent in ten years from the date of
 purchase. This warranty applies to normal residential usage.

Five Year Stain Warranty

This carpet has been treated to resist most common household food and beverage stains
for a period of five years. Please not that no carpet is completely stain proof.

Anti-Static Protection

This carpet is treated to retard the build-up of static electricity and reduce annoying 
surface shock.

FHA Certified

This carpet meets or exceeds minimum standards set by bulletin UN-44D for use in projects for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the Department of Housing (HUD).
This approval does not suggest endorsement of this product by any Agency of the United States Government.

Manufacturing Defects Warranty

The carpet is warranted from all manufacturing  defects for a period of one year.
