WEAR WARRANTY
     This carpet is warranted not to wear more than 10% in ten years from the date of
      purchase. This warranty applies to normal residential usage.

STAIN RESISTANCE
     Olefin carpet is intrinsically hydrophobic-resistant to liquids and stains and are not
      easily absorbed into the fiber.

ANTI-STATIC WARRANTY
    The Olefin fiber in this carpet reduces the static electricity below discernible level of
     most people and is warranted to maintain these properties for a period of ten years.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WARRANTY
     This carpet is warranted to be free of all manufacturing defects for a period of one year.

FHA CERTIFIED
    This carpet meets or exceeds U.S. Government standards specified in FHA Bulletin
     UM-44D. This certification does not constitute an endorsement of this carpet by any
     Agency of the U.S. Government.
