      soiling for easier clean up. This carpet is covered by a five year stain resistance warranty.

10 Year Limited Ant-Static Warranty
      The Xylon fiber in this carpet reduces the static electricity below the discernible level of most people
      and is warranted to maintain these properties for a period of ten years.

5 Year Limited Fade Resistance Warranty
