10 YEAR WEAR WARRANTY
     This carpet is warranted not to wear more than 10% in ten years from the date of
      purchase. This warranty applies to normal residential usage.

5 YEAR LIMITED STAIN RESISTANCE WARRANTY
     Olefin carpet is  hydrophobic, meaning the fiber resists spills and soiling for easier 
      clean up. This carpet is covered by a five year stain resistance warranty.

10 YEAR LIMITED ANTI-STATIC WARRANTY
    The  fiber in this carpet reduces the static electricity below discernible level of
     most people and is warranted to maintain these properties for a period of ten years.

5 YEAR LIMITED FADE RESISTANCE WARRANTY
     Olefin fiber is  solution dyed, meaning the color is part of the fiber and carries a five
      year limited fade resistance warranty. (Except for nylon styling yarns.)       

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WARRANTY
     This carpet is warranted to be free of all manufacturing defects for a period of one year.

    This carpet meets or exceeds U.S. Government standards specified in FHA Bulletin
     UM-44D. This certification does not constitute an endorsement of this carpet by any
     Agency of the U.S. Government.
