    The Manufacturer guarantees that for 10 years this certified carpet
    will retain at least 90% of its pile fiber.
    

5 Year Stain & Fade Resistant Limited Warranty
    Because Xylon® is hydrophobic, stains are not absorbed into the
    fiber. Xylon is solution dyed. This means the color is part of the fiber, 
    not an additive and will last the life of the fiber. This results in
    outstanding colorfastness and superior resistance to wet and dry
    crocking.

10 Year Anti-Static Limited Warranty
    Xylon® has built-in properties of low static resistance (less than 2.5 KV 
    at 20% relative humidity and 70º room temperature) that will last the
    life of the carpet.

Performance
    Tests show carpets of Xylon® 5750 demonstrate abrasion resistance
    comparable or better than nylon. The larger 22 denier per filament
    fiber adds greater strength, better resiliency and outstanding  retention.

Stain Resistance
   Because Xylon® is hydrophobic, stains are not absorbed into the fiber.
    Spills sit on the surface and are easily wiped off.

Locked in Color
   Xylon® is solution dyed, this means the color is part of the fiber and 
    will last the life of the fiber. Yarns have fade resistance from 175 hours
    to over 200 hours. Industry Standards are 40 - 60 hours.

Anti Bacteria
   Xylon® is mold, mildew and insect resistant, and will not support
    bacterial growth.

Anti Static
   Xylon® has built in properties of low static resistance (less than 1.5 kv
    at 20% relative humidity and 70 degree room temperature) that will
    last the life of the carpet.


Non Allergenic
    Because of its extremely low moisture absorbency and being chemically
    inert, Xylon® is non-allergenic.
