This carpet is guaranteed that for a period of ten years, this certified carpet will retain at least 90% of its pile fiber. This warranty applies to normal residential usage.

5 Year Limited Stain Resistance Warranty

Xylon fiber is hydrophobic and Scotchgard Protected, meaning the fiber resists spills and soiling for easier cleanup. This carpet is covered by a five year stain resistance warranty.

10 Year Anti-Static Warranty

The Xylon fiber in this carpet reduces the static electricity below discernible level of most people and is warranted to maintain these properties for a period of ten years.

5 Year Limited Fade Resistance Warranty

Xylon fiber is solution dyed meaning the color is part of the fiber and carries a five year limited fade resistance warranty.
(except for nylon styling yarns).
