10 Year Limited Wear Warranty

This carpet is warranted not to wear more than 10% in ten years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to normal residential usage.

5 Year Stain and Fade Resistance Warranty

Xylon fiber is hydrophobic (i.e., stains are not absorbed into the fiber) and carries a five year stain resistance warranty. Xylon fiber is solution dyed, meaning the "locked in" color is part of the fiber, and is covered by a five year limited fade warranty.

10 Year Limited Anti-Static Warranty

The Xylon fiber in this carpet reduces the static electricity below the discernible level of most people and is warranted to maintain these properties for a period of ten years.

FHA Certified

This carpet meets or exceeds U.S. Government standards specified in FHA Bulletin UM44-D. This certification does not constitute an endorsement of this carpet by any agency of the U.S. Government.

Manufacturer Defects Warranty

This carpet is warranted to be free of all manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
