                sizes in decimal points only. 

                Example: Enter:     12.42   (Not 12'5") 
                Example: Enter:     13.08   (Not 13'1")

Step 2:D When finished entering all sizes hit the
               "Calculate" button located just below 
               the following table. Only clear the "0"
               if you are entering sizes otherwise leave
               leave it as a "0"
